Village Gate West (a 3.7-acre master planned community in the Etobicoke neighbourhood of Toronto) is conveniently located at the western edge of the historic Village of Islington and steps to public transit including the Islington Subway and GO Transit. Local area amenities abound with many options for schools, libraries, hospitals, shopping and more. Village Gate West is currently home to a new highrise rental building, seniors living community and ground level retail on Dundas Street. The third and final phase is currently under construction and will include two additional highrise rental towers as well as a small townhouse development.
